Lid Holdings ("we", "us", "our") operates the BLADE platform at buildwithblade.com. We are committed to protecting the personal information of our users. We use the information we collect to: (a) provide, operate, and personalise the BLADE Platform; (b) process payments and manage your subscription; (c) communicate with you about your account, updates, and relevant product information; (d) respond to your enquiries and provide customer support; (e) improve the Platform based on usage patterns and feedback; (f) detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorised activity; (g) comply with legal obligations; and (h) send promotional communications, where you have consented or where permitted by law. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
4. Builder DNA Data
The Builder DNA profile you create (build cost, margin targets, target ZIP codes, and related information) is used exclusively to personalise the Platform for your use. This data is stored securely on our servers and is not sold to third parties. It may be used in aggregate and anonymised form to improve the accuracy and performance of the Platform's deal analysis and AI features.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances: Service providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform — including Stripe (payments), Rewardful (affiliate tracking), Supabase (database), and Calendly (scheduling). These providers are contractually bound to use your data only for the purposes of providing their services to us. Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal process (subpoena, court order, or government demand). Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of Lid Holdings, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
