Identify a builder you know.

Have one real conversation.
You don’t need to pitch BLADE or explain the software. Just say: “I’ve been working with a platform I think you’d want to see before your next land deal. The team will walk you through it live — 30 seconds and they’ll tell you if a deal works. Worth 45 minutes?”

Book the demo for them.
Get the decision maker — the owner, partner, or whoever signs off on software — on a call with our team. Send them the booking link. That’s the handoff. Your job is done.
